Casa Jevanda has been built now for 2 years and is very well established. It is close to Casa Sheridan and would be ideal for 2 families, or even 3 families, if you were wanting a holiday in the same area, whilst retaining independence and privacy.Situated on the border of the Sierra Almijara National Park, the villa is reached from the main Torrox to Competa road. It is set in approximately 4000 m2 and is surrounded by grape vines, olive and fruit trees. The pool is 9m x 4m and the spacious pool terrace has an outside shower and pergola. 

The villa itself is brand new, it is west facing which benefits from the sunshine at all times of the day. The open plan lounge/dining room has a ceiling fan, central heating plus a wood burner stove. There are 3 double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite). The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker and hob, washer, microwave , toaster and cafetier. All main appliances are integrated with granite work tops, kick boards and breakfast bar.

There is Digital T.V. with full English channels which includes BBC3, ITV2 music and some film channels. This is accompanied with a DVD/CD player and a selection of films are available for your enjoyment.

Towels and bed linen are included and use of hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Location Information
Just 3km from the villa lies the historic, picturesque white village of Competa. A great variety of restaurants and tapas bars can be found here, all very reasonably priced. Also a superb bakery, supermarkets, banks and wonderful craft shops. 9km down the hill is Torrox Pueblo with its delightful square complete with orange trees and fountain where a further selection of great restaurants can be found. 5 minutes drive from here is Torrox Costa with its uncrowded beaches and unpolluted coast, also a wonderful choice of beachside restaurants and bars.10 minutes drive further along the coast is the popular resort of Nerja and of course just an hour and a half away is Granada with its magnificent Alhambra Palace. In winter, you can spend the morning skiing, just two hours drive up into the Sierra Nevadas and be back in time to sunbathe by the pool or to sip a gin & tonic on the relaxing sun terrace. The villa overlooks the Sierra Almijara national park providing excellent walks within this area, also great opportunities for horse riding and pony trekking for all abilities.
