Delightful air conditioned three bed semi detached villa with priviate garden and communal garden

Recently refurbished  air conditioned three bed semi detached villa with private garden and communal pool set in lovely gardens with trees for shade.  Built on two levels it has a very nice lounge with comfortable  cream settees, sat tv, cd, dvd and air con, also  open plan dining room with seating for six and a brand new modern kitchen with marble worktop, oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and also a large utility room with washing machine.  Off the the dining room are patio doors leading to covered terrace with table and chairs and built in BBQ then steps lead down to  private garden with lawn and flowers.  A gate then leads on to the grounds with the communal pool, making if very safe for small children (as they can not escape!)  Upstairs there is a another large terrace with table and chairs and lovely views to sea and the mountains and golf course. It has a double bedroom (two single beds so ideal for a group of six golfers) with newly refurbished en suite with shower, wc and basin, a further two twin bedrooms and another bathroom with walkin shower, basis and wc (also new).  All bedrooms have air con.
The communal pool is set in lovely grounds with many nice plants, flowers and trees.  Casa Pauline is located just 10 minutes walk to the seaside village of La Cala, Mijas Costa, which is approximately half way between the bustling sea-side resort of Fuengirola and the more sophisticated Marbella with its designer shops and jet-set Puerto Banus (the best place to people watch!)

The beach at La Cala is ideal for children and adults alike ... there are several chiringitos (beach bars) that serve mouth watering snacks and seafood. The resort also has many small tapas bars and fine restaurants that are only a few minutes stroll away. A short distance inland is the La Cala golf and country club several more courses including Miraflores, Mijas Golf, Santa Maria, Rio Real etc ... all are within a 10-minute drive.

Location Information
Mijas Costa belongs to the municipality of Mijas & covers a 12 km stretch of coastline ... "La Cala" is approx. 20 minutes by car from Mijas Pueblo & has one of the nicest beaches in the area. This once a small fishing village has grown but it has still managed to retain something of its Andalucian village by the sea atmosphere. La Cala has many restaurants, tapas bars & chiringitos (beach bars) that serve mouth-watering snacks & seafood. La Cala celebrates its own festivals, such as the annual fair which begins on the 25th July, when the village is all decked out for a week of festivities, when you can sample the traditional sherry, wines and tapas and listen to local music and enjoy the dancing. Saturday nights in the hot summer months of July and August are magical in La Cala. The promenade becomes a festival of classical music and Flamenco dancing. With the outline of the old 16th Century watchtower of Torre Vieja as a backdrop and moon reflecting down on the expanse of sea, the village celebrates a season of Noches de Luna y Playa (Nights of Moon and Beach).

Please note there is an extra charge of £30 per week if you require air conditioning. 20% deposit is required at booking stage or full payment if within 8 weeks of departure. £100.00 security deposit is required at balance stage and this is refunded within 2 weeks of your return.
