The  Apartments Chimenea are a newly built complex of just 32 high quality 2 bedroom apartments in 3 low rise buildings.  The three buildings are built around a central communal pool and terrace area. The pool is a sizeable 10 metres x 4.5 metres with depths ranging from 0.9 to 1.46 metres and surrounded by large terraces. 
Burriana beach is reached on foot down hill through the lovely gardens of the neighbouring Capistrano Playa complex or by road in just a few minutes and the centre of Nerja is a 5 minute drive or local bus journey away. 
We have 4 apartments for rental in the complex all of which are fitted and furnished to a very high  standard and facilities include: - Private underground parking space, dishwasher, air conditioning/heating units, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven,CD player, flat screen TV with Satellite channels, safe, patio furniture. Lift to apartments in block C.

Block C Apartment 2D: This second (top) floor apartment has wonderful sea views from it´s spacious terrace. Inside one enters the living accommodation into an open plan fitted kitchen area leading to a dining and living area which has a sofa and comfortable armchair. From the dining section there is a small hallway leading to a beautiful tiled walk-in-shower room and the 2 bedrooms. The airy, light master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. From both the master bedroom and lounge sliding patio doors lead on to the private terrace. The second bedroom is compact but still has plenty of room for twin beds and wardrobe.  
Block C Apartment 1D: This first floor apartment  has a separate fully fitted kitchen and delightful open plan lounge and dining area with 2 sofas. A small hallway leads to the bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There are 2 good sized bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, one with double bed and the other with twin beds.  From the master bedroom and lounge there are patio doors leading on to the private terrace from which there are sea views.
Block A Apartment BjA: This good sized apartment is situated at the front of the complex and accessed by just a few steps down from the community pathway close to the pool area. It has an entrance hall off which is a separate fitted kitchen and an open plan dining and living room. The bathroom has bath and overhead shower. There are 2 good sized bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, one with double bed and the other with twin beds.  From the master bedroom and lounge there are patio doors leading on to the private terrace from which there are street views.
Block A Apartment 1E: Reached by 10 steps this first floor apartment is furnished to the same high spec as the other apartments. The entrance hall leads to a lovely dining and lounge area. There is a separate fitted kitchen and an archway from the lounge leads to the bathroom which has bath and overhead shower and the  2 good sized bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, one with double bed and the other with twin beds.  From the master bedroom and lounge there are patio doors leading on to the private terrace from which there are street views.

Location Information
Nerja is on the seashore some 50 kilometres from Málaga on the N340 coastal highway, and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy fishing village, the town now has a population of over 12,000. Nerja boasts 16 kilometres of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. Flanked by a dramatic mountain range, Sierra Almijara, to the east, the town has, fortunately, managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. The old quarter of the town is still virtually unchanged with narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses with wrought iron terraces overflowing with geraniums, on which a canary can sometimes be heard singing... However, the heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa, the "Balcony of Europe", a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes here to choose from, and the visitor can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corner of the town. The town's monuments include the 17th century Church of El Salvador, in a style which is a charming mixture of baroque and Moorish, or mudéjar, and the beautiful Gardens of Capistrano Playa, which descend to Burriana Beach. However, Nerja's most spectacular attraction is undoubtedly its fascinating caves, located just three kilometres from the centre of town. They include archaeological treasures such as paintings over 20,000 years old and other pre-historic remains. One of the enormous natural caverns has been transformed into a concert hall, where many performances are staged during the summer.
