This spacious and comfortable three bedroom apartment is located just 10 minutes walk to Calahonda shops, bars and restaurants and 20 minutes walk to beach. The large terrace with patio furniture/sunbeds and bbq is south facing to the sea and has stunning views over golf course to the sea. Large lounge with air conditioning has comfortable leather sofas, dining table and chairs, sat tv and cd. Patio doors lead on to terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has washing machine, oven/hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom all with air con and two bathrooms with bath and shower.
The Calahonda Golf course is just 5 minutes walk and also a gym with tennis courts and squash courts. It is just a 5 minute drive to La Cala and Cabopino, 15 minutes to Marbella and 25 minutes to Puerto Banus. 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport.

With plenty of good quality rental accommodation, it’s always been a popular destination for self-catering holidaymakers. A road train provides transport around the town, which also has the only exit on the toll road between Mijas and Marbella.With the exciting towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus around 20 minutes drive away, this is well situated for a great holiday. Malaga airport is just 25 minutes drive and the lovely port of Cabopino with bars and restaurants is 5 minutes away. The Calahonda area itself has many shops, bars and restaurants. Only 5 minutes to the beach and only a short drive to many fantastic golf courses this apartment is ideally suited to families and golfers.
